Carrot Tzimmes
Large bunch of carrots
Oil
Flour 
Salt
Honey
 

Cut carrots into thin slices. Sauté carrots lightly in oil. Add 1/4 cup of water and let simmer until carrots are almost soft. Add pinch of salt and honey to taste. Thicken sauce with sifted flour and simmer for one minute.
