|
Baruch ata Adonai, Elohaeynu meleh
ha-olam asher
kid-shanu b'mitz-votav, v'tzivanu al s'frat
ha-omer.
|
|
Praised are you, Lord our G-d,
Ruler of the universe, who has taught us the way of
holiness through the Mitzvot, and commanded us to count
the Omer.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ha-yom tish-a yamim, shehaym shi-sha shavuot v'shi-sha yamim la-omer.
|
|
Today is forty-eight days, which is six weeks and six days of the Omer.
|
